AUDIO & VIDEO:
- Unless otherwise specified, Tommy will be using KeyNote and presenting directly from a 2021 MacBook Air with USB-C ports
- Laptop to be connected via HDMI (Please have on site)
- Projector/Screen/TV should be rectangle with 16 X 9 aspect ratio (not square)
- Tommy will need capability to play sound via HDMI or AUX cable
- Tommy prefers to keep laptop on or near podium or similar setup
- Please have power source/outlet available and extension cords as needed
- Tommy will bring his laptop, Mac adaptors/dongles, remote control and backups of each
- Please have an A/V person or tech support on site in advance of the event for a tech check.
