What’s different about The SuperFOCUS™ Program compared to most seminars or training classes?
First of all, The SuperFOCUS™ Program is NOT a singular event; it is an ongoing life-coaching program. The 90 day THINKshops™ are only one component in the overall coaching process which also includes an audio curriculum, 90 day and weekly planning tools, constant eAccountability, quarterly teleconference calls and much more. The cumulative effect of ongoing participation creates lasting positive change. On average, members of The 1% Club invest almost 6 years actively (and voluntarily!) engaged with our programs. With The SuperFocus Program, you will not be left on your own with the hope of staying on track. We’ll stay in constant contact with you to ensure that you follow through. The content of the “Success Kit” is consistent with The SuperFOCUS™ Program. All new SuperFOCUS™ members receive a copy of Success Is Not An Accident, Secrets of The Top 1% when they register as this material provides the foundation for ongoing participation. The live 90 day
THINKshops™ provide the platform to delve deeper into the key principles and concepts of The 1% Club currently being practiced by entrepreneurs and other marketplace leaders in over 30 different industries. The content selected for inclusion in the “kit” represents a fraction of what has been developed over the last 15 years and obviously excludes what is currently being researched. Additionally, more advanced aspects of certain focusing strategies, not included in the kit, are incorporated into the live sessions when there is an adequate opportunity for teaching and demonstration. Most importantly, we are continuously updating and refining our SuperFocus curriculum based on client feedback so that it stays relevant to the needs and challenges of high achievers. How many people are in each SuperFOCUS™ small group?
Each SuperFOCUS™ small group is limited to 28 participants with an average group size being 25 members. This small size allows for highly interactive sessions with plenty of time for questions, idea exchange, creative planning and relationship building. Once each year (in November), we bring all the SuperFocus small groups together for the SuperFOCUS™ Summit which is an opportunity to celebrate the current year’s victories, network, exchange ideas and plan for an outrageously productive new year. How much time outside of THINKshops™ will be required?
Once you have listened to Success Is Not An Accident, Secrets of the Top 1% and participated in your first 90 day workshop, you will be prepared to maximize your Return on Investment in this unique life-coaching program. For optimal results, we recommend that you set aside 25 minutes each week to complete The Weekly Coach. With this as the starting point, you can put in as much time as you desire. The great thing about The SuperFOCUS™ Program is that it is a controlled investment. You determine the rate of return by the effort you put forth. Throughout your participation, you will be exposed to an abundance of field-tested strategies and other helpful ideas to increase your personal effectiveness. Will I be able to make up a missed workshop?
Obviously, we strongly discourage missing any THINKshops™. We will provide you with sessions dates well in advance to allow plenty of time to avoid scheduling conflicts. Being present at the THINKshops™ is very important to your progress. Just like a football coach wouldn’t want his quarterback to skip a practice; your life coach wants you to make these four half-days a priority in your life. We want you to make every effort to arrive on time and be present mentally so that you get the most out of your full potential. Our system will work for you, but YOU have to work the system! In the event you have an “unavoidable” conflict we will allow you to reschedule (into another small group) once per enrollment year. Getting Started
Application required. This coaching program is not for everyone. Since 1991 we’ve found our most successful clients are ambitious, highly responsible and ready to take the initiative in applying The 1% Club concepts and principles to their personal and professional life. If this sounds like you, then we invite you to apply now. The annual fee is $2600, which includes all study and planning materials along with a full year of participation, regardless of start date. You may apply online at anytime and, once accepted, join the next available workshop series in February, May, August, or November/December. Workshops begin at 8:35AM and conclude at 11:55AM.
