Your SuperFOCUS™ small group(approximately 25 members) meets for a half-day, once each quarter, including The SuperFocus Summit in November. Each interactive, small-group workshop incorporates five key elements: The 1% Lesson Focusing Drills Strategic Reflection MasterMinding Accountability You are challenged every 90 days to productively question what's working and what's not working throughout each area of life and most crucially, you are coached to make the necessary adjustments. In essence, like a great football team… You huddle, every 90 days and then run the play. Then you huddle again, course correct and then work your plan and run the next play. You clarify, refine, and upgrade the quality of your thinking throughout your participation.

Application required. This coaching program is not for everyone. Since 1991 we’ve found our most successful clients are ambitious, highly responsible and ready to take the initiative in applying The 1% Club concepts and principles to their personal and professional life. If this sounds like you, then we invite you to apply now. The annual fee is $2600, which includes all study and planning materials along with a full year of participation, regardless of start date. You may apply online at anytime and, once accepted, join the next available workshop series in February, May, August, or November/December. Workshops begin at 8:35AM and conclude at 11:55AM.
