Thanks, Heather. Our thoughts are powerful and we can’t be reminded of that too often!

Yesterday was day 40 for me, and I did enjoy the Joy Challenge. Thanks.
My third song that I wrote was about this verse, Philippians 4:8. It is old fashioned with an into and outro. It must have been important to me.

I have suffered from anxiety and depression for years. In 2008 it reached critical mass. However with God’s help, my family, my friends and a little book called the 4:8 Principle I am now managing this issue. I have been a student of the book for at least 5 years. It’s my “go to” source for comfort and joy! If fact, JOY is my favorite word! Thanks
for writing 4:8. Feel free to contact me for more feedback. May God Bless your ministry and may we find more and more white golf balls!

Thanks, Richard. I’m glad 4:8 thinking has been a blessing for you. Do you know about the 40 day joy challenge?
